Prior to that, he was the head of the centre of education appraisal at Indonesia’s education and cultural ministry in 2014.<\/p>\n

Prof. Nizam was honoured with the professorial title from Gadjah Mada University in 2007, while he obtained his PhD in civil engineering from the University of London in 1992.
